Before beginning any structured skin programme, we ensure the correct consultation pathway is booked.
We offer two levels of consultation depending on your goals and the complexity of your concerns.

Skin Programme Consultation - Required (Zoe or Rebecca)

Suitable for clients seeking guidance on:

• General skin health

• Pigmentation or acne management

• Facial treatment planning

• Carbon laser or dermaplaning

• Preventative or maintenance programmes

This appointment includes a full skin assessment and personalised treatment recommendations.

The fee is redeemable against treatment if carried out on the same day.

Advanced Skin Programme Consultation - (Rebecca)

Required for clients considering corrective or collagen-stimulating programmes.

Designed for:

• Acne scarring

• Stretch marks

• Surgical or trauma scars

• Advanced collagen loss

• Complex or multi-layered concerns

• Existing PMU clients seeking regenerative support

This appointment includes a deeper tissue and skin integrity assessment, regenerative capacity planning and structured course mapping.

Advanced corrective work is assessed and delivered exclusively by Rebecca.

The fee is redeemable against treatment if carried out on the same day.

Clear Skin Programme

For Mild Acne, Congestion & Post-Breakout Skin

The Clear Skin Programme is designed to support clients experiencing mild acne, congestion, blackheads and post-breakout marks, helping to rebalance the skin and restore a clearer, healthier complexion.

This programme is not intended for severe or cystic acne, which may require dermatological support.

Treatments may include:

Chemical resurfacing peels
Carbon facials
Collagen induction therapy (microneedling)
LED light therapy
Guidance on supportive home skincare to maintain results between treatments

Programme Length

For best results, a course of 4–8 treatments is usually recommended, spaced 3–4 weeks apart, depending on your skin and treatment type.

Following your skin consultation your plan may be adjusted or fully tailored to your individual skin history, lifestyle, sensitives, healing response and long term goals.

This programme replaces our previous branded bootcamp and allows greater flexibility in treatment selection and customisation.

It gives us the freedom to use the most appropriate combination of advanced skin treatments for you.

A Fresha Account & valid card payment details are required to make online bookings, no upfront payments are made. Appointments made by phone, email or in studio will be sent text and email notifications to confirm appointments with valid card details.

We ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel - Fees apply for late cancellations (50%) or no shows (100%) of the booking cost. Please see our full T&C's for more info.
