A Personal Welcome

If you've found yourself here, you may be navigating a period of change. Whether you've experienced hair loss through cancer treatment, alopecia, hormonal changes or another medical condition, I want you to know you're not alone.

In this short video, I'd like to introduce myself, share my approach to permanent makeup, and explain how I can support you on your journey. My aim is to provide a safe, understanding and pressure-free space where you feel listened to, cared for and empowered to make the right decision for you.

Who is this for?

This page is designed for those who have experienced more significant physical changes, often as a result of medical treatment or conditions affecting the skin and hair:

Hair loss due to chemotherapy or medical treatment
Alopecia or other hair loss conditions
Surgical scarring or changes to the skin
Loss or change of natural features following illness or treatment

If you're navigating changes like these, permanent make up can be approached in a different way, one that is slower, more considered and tailored to your individual situation.

Post surgical scarring, including areas that may feel difficult to look at or reconnect with can also be approached with care and sensitivity. Treatments can be adapted depending on how the skin has healed and what feels right for you.

My approach is always gentle, honest, and tailored to you.

This includes:

Soft, natural results — never harsh or overdone
A slower, more considered treatment process
Honest guidance (including when it’s best to wait)
Creating a calm, supportive environment

Sometimes the most important part of this process is simply understanding what’s possible and what feels right for you.

Flexible Treatment Options

I understand that for some clients, there may be a limited timeframe before or after treatment.

In these cases, I offer a flexible, single-session option designed to create a soft, natural result without the expectation of a full treatment cycle.

If and when you’re able to return for a follow-up session, this can be arranged at a later date.

This ensures you feel supported without pressure or commitment beyond what feels manageable.

You don’t need to rush into anything.

This is a space where you can ask questions, take your time, and explore whether this is the right step for you.

Consultations are always about guidance — not sales — and my role is to help you make a decision that feels right for you.

A Fresha Account & valid card payment details are required to make online bookings, no upfront payments are made. Appointments made by phone, email or in studio will be sent text and email notifications to confirm appointments with valid card details.

We ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel - Fees apply for late cancellations (50%) or no shows (100%) of the booking cost. Please see our full T&C's for more info.
