The Changing Faces Studio was founded by Rebecca and has grown into a trusted name within the beauty & PMU industry. From April 2026, the business enters an exciting new chapter under the new ownership of Zoe, who will continue to lead and develop the beauty studio with Rebecca focusing on advanced PMU services and education.
Rebecca
Rebecca Jackson — Founder | Permanent Makeup, Correction & Removal Specialist | Regional Botched Ink® Trainer
Rebecca has worked in professional makeup and beauty for more than 25 years and began specialising in permanent makeup in 2013. She founded Changing Faces Studio and has built a long-standing PMU practice in Exeter, specialising in natural permanent brows, lip blush, eyeliner, correction and removal.
Her work is informed not only by creating new permanent makeup, but by years of treating mature and unwanted pigment using both laser and Botched Ink® saline removal. This gives Rebecca a particular focus on safe pigment placement, natural results and how permanent makeup is likely to age over time.
Rebecca is also a Regional Botched Ink® Trainer, providing training and mentoring to other technicians, and continues to focus on advanced PMU treatments, correction, removal and education.
Zoe
ZOE - Owner & Salon Lead / Beauty & Make up Specialist
Zoe began her journey with Changing Faces during her work experience week and went on to completed her Beauty Diploma at Exeter College in 2021.
Over the years she has developed into a highly skilled and confident Beauty & Make up Specialist, building a loyal Client base and a reputation for her calm professionalism and attention to detail.
From April 2026, Zoe becomes the new owner of The Changing Faces Studio, leading the business into its next chapter while continuing to deliver the high standards and Client care the brand is known for

January has been hairdressing for over 20 years, she is a pro at colouring, cutting and styling, if you have a complicated colour correction she is the one to come to!
She has also worked on weddings in Thailand & Lithuania.
